How Much Time Will This Require?

The workshop runs for ten weeks with a 1.5-hour session each week. There are on-the-job assignments between sessions where participants will work directly in their organization to immediately use what is learned to address technical debt.

  • Data Drives. Have the data to determine how to do the surgical strikes to replace the problem areas with a robust system.

  • Prevent Debt. Can we really prevent technical debt? It starts with a warning system, and it works when we have the mindset in place to pay attention.

  • Culture of Ownership. Create a culture of ownership with an ethic of speed to value. Learn how to get the whole organization, from individual engineers to high level leadership, talking about the relationship between technical debt and shaping the fastest way to provide lasting value to your customers.
